This policy explains what personal information Oriel Inc. collects through orielpress.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Oriel Inc. is a sole proprietorship owned by Chandra Mani Prasad, registered at 599, 17B, Phase 1, Surat Nagar, Gurugram, Haryana 122001, India, and operates the Oriel Press brand.

What we collect

Payment status and order reference	To confirm that a payment succeeded and to handle refunds and disputes.

An email address you leave to get a sample chapter, an update notice or a notice that a payment method has opened	To give you what you asked for, or to send the notice you signed up for. We do not add you to marketing emails unless you ask.
Usage data — pages visited, device type, approximate location, referring site	To understand which pages work, fix problems, and measure whether our advertising is worth running.

We do not ask for and do not want your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or netbanking password. Those are entered on our payment partner's secure page and never reach our servers.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: keeping the site working correctly, and measuring advertising.

Where we advertise, we use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to see which visits led to a purchase or a sign-up. These tools may allow Meta or Google to connect your visit to an account you hold with them. You can control how Meta uses this through your Facebook Ad Preferences, and you can block cookies in your browser settings — some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

How we use your information

• To deliver what you bought: book files, automation pack files, toolkit files and their updates, course access, class links and group invitations.
• To contact you about your order, schedule changes and support requests.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To tell you about our other books, courses and services, only where you have asked for this or the law allows it. Every such message has an unsubscribe link.
• To improve the site and our programmes.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, and only with providers who help us run the service:

• Payment providers — to process your payment and handle refunds and disputes.
• Hosting and database providers — where our website and order records are stored.
• Email and messaging providers — to send book files, updates, confirmations and class details, including WhatsApp where you have given us your number for that purpose.
• Video conferencing provider — to run live classes.
• Analytics and advertising platforms — to measure site and campaign performance.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — when you buy a book, an automation pack or the Wedding Planner's Toolkit on one of our India pages, we tell Meta that a purchase was made, so we can measure our advertising. We send the order amount, a scrambled (hashed) form of your email address and phone number, your IP address and browser type, and Meta’s own cookie identifiers if your browser has them. We do not send your name or your payment details.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Where your data is stored

Our website and order records are hosted with providers whose servers may be located outside India. Where data is transferred outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled with protection comparable to this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law. We keep contact details and course records for as long as you have a relationship with us, and for a reasonable period after, unless you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
• Withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time.
• Leave a WhatsApp group at any time.

Security

We use HTTPS across the site, restrict access to order data to people who need it, and rely on established providers for payment processing and hosting. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you.

Children

Our services are meant for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us and we will remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date it took effect.
