Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how you receive what you buy from Oriel Press, the technology services, training and publishing brand of Oriel Inc., Gurugram, Haryana.

Books and other digital products

Our books and automation packs are digital files. Nothing is shipped and there is no delivery charge.

After your payment is confirmed, we send an email with a link to your download page. It has the files named on the product page, such as a book's PDF and EPUB, or an automation pack's zip file and guide. The email is sent automatically and usually arrives within 15 minutes.

It goes to the email address you gave at checkout. Where the payment page supplies your email address, it goes to that address.

If the email has not arrived after 30 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. Then write to [email protected] with your order ID and we will send the files by hand.

If a file will not open or import, or is not what the product page described, tell us within 7 days and we will replace or fix it, or refund you, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Where a product page promises a free update, we send it to the same email address.

Training programmes

Joining details, such as class links and group invitations, are sent to the email address or mobile number you gave when booking.

Development services

Software is delivered against the written scope and dates agreed with you before work begins. The agreed source code and assets are handed over on final payment.

Physical goods

We do not sell or ship physical goods.
